Change Password: Forgot Password
When a password is forgotten or misplaced, the user can update their own password using the Forgot Password link located on the login screen
Enter your Login, complete the Word Verification and press the Reset Password button
Complete the Security Question and Answer.
Note: If there is no Security Question, the account manager will need to enter one into your login registration.
A new password will be sent to the email associated with the login.
Change Password: How to change your own password
From the Account Dashboard, select the Change Password link located in the top menu bar
Enter the current password and New password in the fields provided.
Press Change to update the password.
Change Passwords: Logins Assigned to the Account
To update the password for a Supervisor or View-only login, the account manager can select the Review/Edit/Add Logins from the Account Management module located on the Dashboard to access the Account Management screen. Select the hyperlinked login name to access the login registration screen.
The account manager can reset the password for Logins assigned to the account by entering a new password into the password fields. Supervisor and View-only logins do not have access to update passwords.
The account manager will need to send the revised password to the owner of the login. They will be asked to change the password when logging in for the first time.
